Best Of Barry White CD

The Best Of Barry White will be in stores on August 19th. The disc was co-produced by White just before his death on July 4th and will feature 12 hits from 1973 to 1999.

Well, there are already a huge amount of Barry White compilations out. Let's hope this one has something new to offer besides all the usual edited versions of all the classic hits.
Since the man himself was involved I'm hoping for something extrordinary. It would be cool to see the extended version of "Let The Music Play" on there, complete with the long intro that featured a little known monolouge from Barry.

However it will take a lot to better what I consider the finest barry white compilation of them all: The double vinyl album "heart and soul" released by UK compilation label K-Tel in 1985.
